Vaporization of ultrapure water and other liquids that tend to cause metal contamination
There is concern about metal contamination when H2O passes through metal wetted parts. Therefore, by using quartz for the wetted parts, metal-free quartz vaporizers can provide vaporization free from metal contamination.
