This is a device that controls the temperature of vaporizers (VU Series), heat exchangers (HX Series), other supply tanks, piping heaters, etc. using an electronic temperature controller and SSR.
When abnormal temperature increase is detected, the heater power supply to various heating devices is cut off to prevent the temperature from rising.

Connect our devices that require heating, such as vaporizers (VU Series) and heat exchangers (HX Series), to the TCU using a dedicated cable, and use the TCU’s electronic temperature controller to control the temperature. Power for heating device is also supplied from this unit.
